“Safety is Our Tradition”

Our Safety Commitment

Our commitment to safety is reflected in our common goal to eliminate all workplace incidents and is the foundation of our strong safety culture. The results of our commitment to safety can be seen in reduced injuries and lost- work days and is a leading indicator of our strong performance.

Our commitment to safety is demonstrated by:

  • Senior management’s safety stewardship, which includes broad engagement in the development and deployment of our safety processes. Managers actively engage in supporting a strong safety culture by establishing safety metric goals, conducting regular site safety visits, overseeing incident reviews , and facilitating safety program support.
  • Our experience, continuous training, and adherence to strict standards to ensure the safety of our employees, our partners and the communities in which we work
  • Our dedication to incorporate and create“best practices” into our safety culture
  • Our commitment to fully complying with safety, health and environmental regulations.

We believe that each employee shares an obligation to prevent incidents and protect the environment and we expect our employees to conduct business in a way that actively integrates all applicable elements of our safety program into our operations. Immersion in our safety culture begins on the first day of employment. Throughout their careers at Seven Lakes, our employees receive wide-range and on-going training – from ergonomics to regulatory-compliance instruction, conveyed through case studies and on-site assessments.
